Bought second hand, never worn by me except trying it on after I had it altered by a seamstress to fit a plus size body.
This one hurts to sell because it's so darned cute,
but I have realized that I am more sweet-goth than classic-goth, so I
need to give this a better home.
Panels made by merging two parts of the waist ties have been added to the
sides together with a strengthening fabric on the inside (vliselin?). The shoulder straps are elongated both in the front and back by adding the waist tie fabric. See pictures for close ups. The
straps are stretchy so they should fit many different lengths, and the 'joint' isn't visible (imo) since the fabric is scrunched up. I tried my best to stretch it out for close ups.
FYI: On one side, underneath a fold of fabric under the armpit, the fabric has not been stitched, which means it might fray with time. As it's pretty secure underneath it might not, but I just wanted to let you know. (There is a pic of it in this listing).
