A darling little vintage blouse perfect for casual wear! This blouse is polyester and does not have a tag. 
It features a layered pointed lacy collar on the front of the blouse and puff sleeves with a cuff. The material is slightly sheer, as shown on the purple dress form. 

It's in good condition, but the buttons are slightly loose. 

Flatlay pit-to-pit measurement is 23 inches, making the bust maximum 46 inches / 117 cm. I would recommend being slightly under the maximum for a comfortable fit.
