Custom sized high waist skirt from Fanplusfriend.
This is a gently worn, plus size, high waist skirt from Fanplusfriend. I have not seen this skirt on Fanplusfriend since 2014, and I believe that it has since been discontinued. I've only worn it twice. It fits a waist size up to 39 inches, with shirring in the the back. It has functional buttons on the front, and it is missing the back bow that it originally came with. Fully lined.
