-My items come from a smoke free home :) -I do own a cat, and although she is not allowed in any of my rooms where my clothes and stuff are in, still be advised if you have allergies. -All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance. I can ship without it for reduced shipping price upon request, but be advised that tracking and insurance will NOT be included, so therefor the chances of package loss or damage will be higher. -International shipping will be very expensive because of the long shipment and for extra precautions, everything is shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking. I'm never great at coming up with shipping quotes, so my estimate will be around $50 shipping for large items and $30 shipping for smaller items for international orders. If actual shipping cost appeared to be lower than my estimate, then I will send back the other partial shipping charge as a refund(this also applies to domestic orders). -I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. I usually ship with tracking and insurance, but I still cannot make any guarantees during the shipping process, so please be aware that I am no longer responsible once the package leaves my hands.. -See your favorite dream item, but can't afford full price? I am happy to do holds and payment plans with a $15 non refundable deposit for larger items, $10 for smaller(*NEW*).(unless if it's an urgent sale!). I will also consider other offers on some items, depending on the reason I'm selling for. -No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there is some item flaws that I may have missed, I will be more than happy to give a partial refund. Proof pictures of the extra flaws will be required :) -Buyer must communicate to me for a hold upon buying. Otherwise, once invoice is sent, you will have a total of 48 hours(2 days) to pay the invoice. If invoice is not paid or buyer does not communicate for a hold within 48 hours, buyers forfeits the item and it will be relisted for sale and buyer receives NEGATIVE feedback(if possible) and/or will be banned from making future purchases from me. -For safety reasons, I will NOT ship to any address other than the one linked on your paypal or mark any items as "gifts". No exceptions! However, if you do want your item to be shipped to another specific address that's other than your primary shipping address, then you must add it to your paypal account and switch it as your primary address before paying the invoice. If you forget to do so beforehand, after paying the invoice, you MUST provide proof that address is also on your paypal by DM'ing me a screenshot. REGARDING LOCAL MEETUPS If you're a local SF Bay Area Lolita, I will be happy to meet up for a transaction avoid shipping fees. Please read the following guidelines for local sales meetups: ~Unless if I really really personally know you l will only meet up at public places, not at mines or anyone's homes, etc. This is for safety reasons. ~I do not drive or have a car, so I rely on Uber/transportation. Meetups in San Francisco or anywhere in the East Bay are free because those are areas I can easily commute to. If I have to come to you at elsewhere such as The Peninsula(Burlingame, San Mateo, etc.), South Bay (San Jose, Santa Clara, etc.), North Bay (Napa, Vallejo, etc.), Contra Costa, etc. I will have to charge transportation fees to cover my transportation since it takes me longer to get to those places. ~I can do event meetups too, but please note that I am no longer involved in the SF Bay Area Lolita comm, so l will NOT be attending their private meetups anymore.
