Dusty light blue. Elastic at bottom 24” and can stretch to 45” comfortably. Sleeve has extra ruffles and pin tuck detailing.

Would be considered “one-size” from Taobao/Indie website. See-thru material better worn under JSK.

*There’s stain on back lower elastic part and a very faint one on shoulder (closer to front) not easy to see or photo. Due to location, I’m uncertain if it’s makeup. Sold as-is.
