Closet downsizing. Worn and washed. Been in storage over 1 year. Elastic at bottom 24” and can stretch to 45” comfortably. Sleeve has extra ruffles and pin tuck detailing.

Would be considered “one-size” from Taobao/Indie website. See-thru material better worn under JSK. There’s a light stain of yellow on back side see-image. Sold as-is.
