Worn but still in great condition. I got this petticoat custom made but since I’ve been losing weight, it no longer fits me and continues to slide down. So I have to sell it :C extremely comfortable and has the perfect amount of floof. 45cm length and fits the average length lolita dress. This particular petticoat has an extra layer so it’s a bit more poofy than average.

What is the minimum waist size it can fit before it starts to be loose, for example 90/100-115cm?

I’d say maybe around 90 cm is when it feels a tad loose. It won’t fall all the way down but you’ll definitely feel it slip.
