Length: 65 cm Selling my awesome Petticoat from Classical Puppets (my favorite petticoat brand). Custom size, with added charges and shipping costs were a pretty penny. Selling this for cheap since I've sold the only dress I had at this length. No stains, defects or problems. I always ship racked and insured up to $50.00. I don't allow my dog near my lolita, but a stray hair can happen during shipping. I do everything in my power to avoid this.

You will have 72 hours from the time of the PayPal invoice I will send you to pay for your item. Any later payments (without prior consent or prior payment plan) and I will resale the item.
Payment plans are available on a strict 25% down, 25% 7 days after initial payment, 25% 7 days after second payment and finally 25% to complete the transaction 7 days after the third payment. ANY late or partial payments will cause the seller (lolistephanie) to keep the payments made AND keep the item that you defaulted on.
I am a disabled lolita, so since I don't work I can usually get packages out the same day you pay. However, a few times a year my shipping is delayed because of medical complications.
