Classical Puppets bell shaped petticoat in white made to custom measurements. Still fits a smaller waist, but there is a lot more room for bigger sizes. Great for a tall Lolita or a Lolita looking for extra length under a dress!

Although labeled with “major damages” this petti is still puffy with lots of life. There are just a number of small damages throughout the fabric.
