Pintuck Blouse

I got this blouse as part of a set that I bought secondhand. I have never worn it myself. I don't recognize the brand but the blouse is very well made and has lots of cute details that you would see on a major lolita brand blouse, including ruffling, a darted bust, tulle lace on the collar, and pintuck details on the chest/bib area. Has one very, very light brown spot on the front left side towards the waist. The tag says it is made in Japan so it is probably a small indie brand. The tag says Chou-Choute.
