Unknown brand

I bought this dress secondhand at a swap meet, and I’m not sure how used it is, but the velvet is noticeably worn down, although there are no rips or stains that I can see. When I tried the dress on at home, I found that the straps were extremely long, making the dress fit me (5’5, small bust) like a high-waisted skirt. I really like the look of this dress, but I’m hoping to give it to a lolita that it actually fits!

straps: 52cm (entire length)

skirt: 62cm

bust: roughly 74-94cm (back shirring)

This dress is shirred in the back, with corset lacing.
