Second owner, worn once.
Official measurements say the max bust and waist is 100cm but my bust is 105cm and this dress is way too big for me.
Flat, unstretched measurement shows bust/waist at 21.5in or approx 55cm (so 43in or 110cm around, unstretched). When I stretched it out, it seems to measure approx 25in or 63.5cm flat (so 50in or 127cm around). These are just my amateur measurements.
Very light, small red stain on the inside of the removable collar (pictured) - probably from resting against the dress. Have not tried to remove it.
Comes with matching removable collar and headbow. Does not come with the small blue and gold bow because I lost it :(

Hello! Waist is the same because the shirring extends the same all the way down the bodice. So the max should be around 50in.
