Pink tea party shoes

These shoes were given to my friend as a gift but her feet were to big for them. These are some chinese offbrand shoe, my friend and I haven't a clue where they are from honestly since they were a gift. They say 39 on the bottoms but I would categorize them as a 6 1/2 to 7 USA size....my friend and I both are 7 1/2 and we didn't fit them....They have a small metal piece that slides onto the straps behind the false clasps to keep the shoes on rather then a real clasp.
