This is a skirt for casual wear! I am not sure what the fabric content is, but the label is in the pictures. As far as I can tell, the skirt is in near-perfect condition. In particular, the faux-leather buckles do not show any signs of pealing or wear. The color is difficult to capture, but I would say the first picture is the most true to the color in person (a slightly cool-toned pink color). Fully lined and would fits my light petticoat underneath. I purchased this item from Mercari Japan and never wore it out. No rips, tears, or stains.

Size M. Waist is 12.5 inches flat across the top unstretched. I would estimate it could stretch to 15 inches flat comfortably.
Length = 20 in.
