Taobao top I have never worn. I can only find the stock picture in white but mine is pink.
The taobao listing says it fits up to 102cm but by my amateur flat measuring it is 96cm, although the fabric has a little give so you might be able to fit if your bust measurement is just slightly larger. The material is polyester.

Hi, what does the material feel like? I can't tell from the photos, is it scratchy or itchy?

Hello! The material is quite soft and imo not itchy or scratchy, although there is a little texturing? It's not a hard netting material like AP uses sometimes, I think it'd be quite comfortable.
