This Blouse has been stuck in my closet for a few years being unworn. I bought this around 2010 or 2011. It was bought on Bodyline who no longer sells this. I've measured this in Flat Measurements since I cant find this on Lolibrary. Its rather tight around the bust.

It used to have a ribbon attached to the collar but I cut that when I bought it. Its unnoticeable. 
From a home of two dogs and a cat.  One very minor stain on the inside of the collar.
