Bought direct from bodyline and have worn it about three times. As the lolibrary notes, it doesn't work supper well under jsks because of how the ruffle is constructed. Also, the pin to attach the ribbon has had some issues with falling apart, I put it back together but it may be best to fully replace. 

Lolibrary measurements
Bust: M 84-90 cm, sleeve length (from center back) M 72 cm, waist: M 60-66 cm (this is likely way under what it is, at 70cm waist it has a bit of wiggle room, maybe closer to 72)
