I am it's first owner. Worn several times and washed after every wear. For whatever reason, this blouse needs to be ironed after every wash otherwise it wrinkles. I normally wore it under a JSK so I never really bothered with it ironing, but it's something to take note of if you are bothered by that sort of thing or plan to wear it with a skirt.
Measure are taking amateurly. I recommend being a few cm under the measurements I give just to be safe.
