Pink An*tai*na Tea Party Shoes - marked size 38

Pink An*tai*na shoes - I was told they are size 38. I purchased these and they are just a little too small for me. I wear a 7.5 wide US and 24.5 in Bodyline shoes. This pair just touches my big toe so they would not be comfortable for wearing or walking for me. Shoes are used with signs of wear.  See photos for details - inside soles are worn and the toes have some small scuffs.
