Beautiful like new OP with shirred waist, shirred neckline, fully shirred back, IW-style attached cross waist ribbon, and attached waist ties.
Never worn by me. Can accommodate a plus-sized frame of up to 120cm bust and 105cm waist, however waist ribbon design and small skirt circumference make this item best on more petite folks. Would recommend for ~70-110cm bust, ~60 to 90cm waist. Roughly 90cm length. Neckties are detachable with buttons.
