I bought it hoping it was going to be one of those moments on lolibrary where the dress can fit more than its max measurements but I was wrong (my bust is 90cm it did not zip) Additionally lolibrary categorized this as an OP but it's more like a JSK so I put that in the title. It also seems to be in the same cut and these two main line Victorian maiden JSKs under the same "Pin Tuck Frill" name but they are categorized as JSKs:
