I accept Paypal ONLY for ease. You will have 72 hours from the time of the PayPal invoice I will send you to pay for your item. Any later payments (without prior consent or prior payment plan) and I will resale the item. Payment plans are available on a strict 25% down, 25% 7 days after initial payment, 25% 7 days after second payment and finally 25% to complete the transaction 7 days after the third payment. ANY late or partial payments will cause the seller (lolistephanie) to keep the payments made AND keep the item that you defaulted on. I am a disabled lolita, so since I don't work I can usually get packages out the same day you pay. However, a few times a year my shipping is delayed because of medical complications.
