A cute Navy x Green tartan jacket from Physical Drop. It fits me at a 37" bust, but I've never had the chance to wear it out. I bought it secondhand. There's a hole near the top of the back of the jacket, but since it has another layer behind it, you can't really tell.
Ruffles at hem and cuffs can be removed since they're attached with buttons.
