Gorgeous plus size friendly OP from Physical Drop, a brand created by the former designer of Metamorphose. There is a cute sailor style collar. The construction is amazing, and it's just stunning in person! My photos are lightened to show the details, but the dress is true black and not shiny at all. The tea length petticoat on the mannequin is not included with the dress.
Measurements are generous, and the waist is adjustable.

This dress is VERY heavy, so unfortunately it has to go in an USPS large flat rate box and cannot be shipped internationally. If it turns out that it can fit into a medium flat rate box, I'll refund you the difference in shipping cost.
