Really great dress in really great condition.
I'm letting this dress go cause I never reach for it and it deserves to be worn.
This dress is by Kuniko Kato, the original designer of Metamorphose. If I understand correctly this fabric was a limited run. 
Dress comes with matching reversible hat.

The original owner never wore this, and I only ever tried it on.

Measurements:
Waist: 14 inches flat / 17 inches with stretch
Length: 38 inches 
Bust: 16 inches flat
This item was waistband shirring.
