Offrbrand White long sleeve blouse with pleats down the front and peter pan style collar with lace detail.

secondhand, good condition. only flaws I have found are the tag is cut out and the lace has a tiny snag on the back of the collar.

sorry if this is already obvious, but what's the bust when it's on your body and would i need to wear a camisole under it? anything helps ^U^.

I think for the blouse to lay flat your bust should be no more than 100 cm - anymore and it might pull at the buttons and maybe gape. I would wear a blouse to keep your bra from showing if not wearing under a jsk. You can see how its a little see through with the grey/blue dress form underneath. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Would you say this is a true white or off-white? It looks a little bit creamy to me, but that might be the lighting.
