Hi there! The skirt's flat waist measurement is 27 cm, so I'd estimate an unstretched waist measurement of 54 cm. Since the skirt is fully shirred, it has a max stretched measurement of about 104 cm. Shipping to Australia would be $25, with the skirt insured and packaged in a small box.
