Only tried on, like new condition.

Hand-blocked wool felt base with petersham ribbon binding; gold metallic scroll braid and Cluny lace edging; draped goldtone chains and star charms; satin, lamé, and striped ribbon bows and rosettes; gold tassels, and marabou feather tuft.
Fastens with hair comb.
