40cm chest measured flat, 80cm length. This dress has a full elastic top, and halter straps. The chest can stretch a lot at the top! If you are concerned about size, let me know and I will try my best to see if it'll fit your bust.
The only damage is that it's pretty wrinkly! But a good steam would bring it out.
