This is from Peace Now. It is too short to wear with lolita as is, but I paired it over my starry night theatre JSK and it looked sure cute! Basically, if you add an underskirt, it adds a super cute dimension to coords. It fits a US size 2-6. Like new condition except the hook above the zipper is loose and may need to be re-sewed.

No, unfortunately.
I normally would take a worn pic, but I gained weight recently, so I wouldn't be comfortable trying it on in case I stretch out the zipper seam or damage it. I could lay out a coord with it and take a picture of that though. Let me know.
