I am the third owner of this dress. As it was explained to me it was damaged by owner #1. I have worn this dress twice. It is super cute but has gotten so little wear. ~28 inch waist laid flat This set includes: One Piece Dress Detachable peter pan collar Neck bow tie Wrist cuffs Detachable front bow detachable waist ties The DAMAGE. -you can see in the picture a very small section of the spotted swiss has a tear. It is not visible even up close, unless you purposefully separate the fabric. -Also the dress is not true Jet black, it was this way when I got it. I was told it was never jet black. I am unsure if this is true or not.

it only came in one size, but the waist is 28inches laid flat. Sorry about that, I thought it was listed in loli library

it seems like 26.75 in a priority envelope (as long as it's crushed a bit too fit) other wise $42 in a box. Or $17 regular mail no tracking or insurance but that is at your own risk.

it is 91cm bust laid flat. i am 93 and it fits, but i think it also depends on the bra and your comfort level
