Originally designed and made for a Historical Halloween sewing challenge in 2020 in support for the USPS. Based off the Parcel Post costume design from Weldon's Fancy Dress. Made from reclaimed fabric, zips in back, fully lined and has two pockets. Features handmade 'tags' featuring lingo from the Postal Service. 

Dress has no shirring and fabric does not stretch. Recommended sizing not to exceed 30 inch bust, 28 inch waist, free hip.
