No missing items. No visible damages, but this is an older print. It feels like a cotton poly blend fabric. The print is very light, I have provided links to the lolibrary page for reference. The bow is on a pin and can be detached.

How small is too small? LoliLibrary says it can go to about 28in - is it a tight stretch at this widest point though?
