Handmade lace bucket hat from Japanese indie artist Oz*Rissa!
This was made two years ago (2020) and has not been rereleased since -- truly one of a kind!
Can suit casual coordinates.. kind of like a casual bonnet, or just add a touch of fanciness to any sweet/otome outfit
Includes a hydrangea flower ribbon to tie around the brim, making it somewhat adjustable in size too.
