Enchantlic Enchantilly over the knee socks in black /maroon/gold candelabra. I was able to lay out the socks so you can see the design.

Tried on once very briefly, NEVER worn.
Size is Japan one size fits all, so small-med women's. A bit more leeway in size than their tights but does fit over the knee, and will be uncomfortable there if you are larger than a medium size. I would say if you are a size 10 in usa women's pants or smaller this is a good fit for you.
