This beautiful skirt is made of a solid black under-layer with very soft lace as a ruffle. The over-layer is very soft chiffon mesh with a beautiful black and white rendering of a baroque or rococo library. There are fabulous color highlights in the painted ceiling with angels in them. There is more color closer to the waistband. The waistband itself has elastic in the back, making it suitable for a range of sizes around 30”.
