What is the max waist on this? And does the shoulder measurement on lolibrary mean the outer most shoulder, or the seam to seam where the sleeves start?

Thank you so much for lolibrary link! I didn't found it when I made the listing! :) Max waist of the pants is 36.5 cm waist (flat) so think around 73 cm max and shoulders are 38 cm flat :)
