Offbrand OP that I got from Hong Kong brand Ouchhh a few years ago! Worn quite a bit and it was extremely comfortable and forgiving on size. Stray thread on the right sleeve cuff, and a noticeable red stain on the back of the collar (see photos).
The only potential issue might be the sleeve size, but everything else is pretty free. can be styled freely with or without waist ties, overskirts, aprons, whatever you'd like! A simple and versatile piece that can be used a lot of different ways. Probably best for tall people or use with a longer petticoat (see measurement details for length)
Measurements (lay-flat, taken by hand so please excuse errors):
Armpit to Armpit: 67.5 cm
Waist: 91 cm (but dress tapers out very wide and "waist" can be situated in different places)
Length: 110 cm
Sleeve Length: 67 cm
Arm Opening: 25 cm
Neck Opening: 38.5 cm

I would say its within plus/minus a centimeter or two of the "armpit to armpit" measurements! I labeled it that way because that's around where my bust is, but it may be differently positioned based on a person's size! full measurement (calculated from the layflat) I'd estimate at around 120cm or more. It can honestly go out pretty far, the back isn't cinched in any way to limit the size
