I have kept it hanging correctly, using a skirt hanger to hold it by the bodice as to not cause stretching to the shoulder straps. I am not the first owner but condition is very good. It is my favourite lolita dress! I considered keeping it even if I'm not brave enough to wear lolita regularly, but decided it's so beautiful and clothes are made to be worn after all. It's super comfy too!
