These are one-of-a-kind wrist cuffs made in the style of a Victorian neck ruff. Never been worn. Great for a unique and/or OTT style.

You may notice small black dots on the underside (see photo). These are from the normal process of creating the cuffs. The other side is clean and shows no marks.

Please note that depending on the size of your wrist, the ruff will not wrap all the way around your wrist. It is designed to actually be half a circle when worn, ideally so you could rest your arm comfortably on a table/chair or even just with your arms resting against your side without being in the way.
