This is an unknown taobao jsk that I bought a while back and I can’t really remember much about it. The buttons all fell off and it’s missing the waistbow and waist ties. There are also pulls on the fabric. It has two pockets!

According to my measurements the bust is about 38 inches max and the waist is about 35 max.
