-JSK (no official measurements I could find, but it just fits at probably max 92 or 93 cm would not go higher. I have a 34C bust) the waist is also elastic. This only fits me when I take out the Shirring ribbon (WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED OF COURSE)

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house.
