I am the second owner, its got great puff and a nice shape. The lining on the inside is quite tight so it probably will not fit much higher in size unless you were to cut the lining.

Hiya, this petticoat is from One Day in Paradise which is an Australian indie brand. I'll try and get a picture up later today to show what it looks like, but I can tell you that its pretty fluffy

Hi, since it is so full It would be 13.50 via Priority flat rate in a medium box or 7.30 EXTREMELY squished in a small bubble mailer.
