This gorgeous skirt may appear simple at first glance, but it's absolutely an eye-catcher.
It features three frilled tiers, all of which are embroidered and scalloped. It also has a fully shirred back that's quite forgiving, non-removable waist ties, lining, and a built in petticoat that adds to the volume this skirt has entirely on its own -- It has a beautiful shape even without a petticoat!
I'm unsure about its release date but it does have Meta's old curly tag, so it was likely released sometime around the year 2000 and it's in beautiful condition for its age!
I bought this skirt secondhand and have never worn it myself, and aside from some small wrinkles that can be easily ironed or steamed out, it appears to be in very good condition with no visible flaws.
