This OP has neck ties for the iconic oldschool look, elasticated sleeves, gathers, ruffles, and ribbons decorating the front of the bodice (without shirring), a high waist, and a very full skirt that allows for a lot of poof. Also, its color is much more vibrant and beautiful pastel pink in person!
I bought it secondhand and never tried it on -- Its sizing is quite petite, and thus wouldn't suit me.
Please note that since there's no shirring in the bodice, this OP's size is quite limited. I have done my best to measure it, but please keep in mind that there may be some inaccuracies.
