oldschool cornet jsk in wine with ivory lace

bought secondhand and never worn. it's in very good condition but missing the waist ties, i think the previous owner took them out or it came this way as there is no visible sign of alteration, but the lolibrary pictures have waist ties (link below). please also note that the lace is ivory, not white. this dress has just been dry cleaned.

flat measurements: bust 90cm max, waist 72cm max, length 83cm
