Tartan Angelic Pretty skirt

Sadly I can't find any sort of lolibrary page for this precious skirt so it's only ever been tried on by me.
I bought this adorable skirt second hand from Closetchild but just never found anything to wear with it and it's just going to waste. It's older Ap (crown label) so the sizing on the skirt is quite tiny it'd comfortably fit a 25-26 in waist but I don't know if I'd push it much further than that. There is some minimal give to the waist band. The skirt comes with a detachable bow with a double strand of pearls, lace and ribbon trim on the skirt and glitter thread running throughout the tartan, and it's got tons of cute little pink pom poms at the hem. Someone please rock this cute freaking skirt since I can't?!
