- like new, really unique and precious!
- bow pin is detachable, belt is detachable
- has a 2nd layer inside that shows up when you add a petticoat. otherwise you only see the first layer of the skirt.
- this is NOT a short dress / salopette length piece. It falls on me like a regular JSK (I'm 5'2"), it's just low waisted.
