Bought recently but just didn't fit my style like I hoped.i don't know what year this is from but the set comes with jsk, cape bag and headress. This set is a little old showing some light wear esp on bag and headress. The dress was owned by a smoker at one point and if you give it a large sniff you will smell it. Max bust is 36

What is the waist size and length?

waist size is free because it is a baby doll style. the length from the top of the dress to the bottom is 32 inches with the lace. From the top of the strap it's 37 inches to the bottom with lace.
