old school Princess Skirt from 2001 by Baby, the Stars Shine Bright

I got this at the end of last August on Lace Market but never wore it. I believe it to be the Princess Skirt from 2001. That skirt was released many times but the lace on this one seems to be unique to the 2001 release from what I can tell from Lolibrary, but I don't know for sure as I'm not an old school expert. The skirt has a built in tulle petticoat AND comes with a separate detached tulle petticoat that I think is original.

The button flap was replaced at some point and there is a faded streak on the right side.

Waist is 68cm, no shirring.
